摘要
高校校园媒体在高校改革和发展中日益发挥着重要的作用,如何整合优化校园媒体资源成为高校面临的新课题。通过分析高校校园媒体的现状及存在的问题,从提高重视程度、革新运作机制、改进传播效果、加强专、兼职新闻队伍建设、联动与整合多种资源等五个方面出发提出了整合优化校园媒体资源的建议。
The campus media are playing a more and more important role in the reform and development of colleges. This paper focuses on the problem that every college has to meet - how to integrate and optimize those campus media resources. From the analysis of the state quo of the campus media of colleges and the existing problem, this paper provides five suggestions for integrating and optimizing the campus media resources： 1 ） to put more emphases on the problem; 2） to reform the media operation mechanism; 3 ） to improve the propagation effects; 4 ） to strengthen the construction of the full -time and part- time contingents of news staff; 5） to integrate multi -resources.
