公寓是高校进行思想政治教育和日常管理的重要阵地,是课堂和班级教育的有效补充,应充分利用公寓阵地,使公寓的环境、文化、制度、组织、机构建设等方面最优化,以最大程度发挥对大学生的思想教育和管理作用,有效促进高校和谐与发展。
The dormitory is the important position on the thought political education and the daily management of college. It is the effective supplement to education in class. The college superintendent should fully make use of the dormitory management to make dormitory environment, culture, system, organization, construction to the optimization, to exert the dormitory function to greatest extent in students＇ thought education and management, and to accelerate university harmony and development.
