RF-Ⅱ内固定椎间植骨融合治疗腰椎不稳症

摘要 目的探讨应用RF-Ⅱ复位固定并植骨融合治疗腰椎不稳症的疗效。方法对40例腰椎不稳症患者行RF-Ⅱ进行复位固定,利用减压时切下的松质骨块进行椎体间和后外侧植骨融合。结果40例患者随访6-36个月,所有患者腰腿痛等临床症状缓解,植骨愈合率95%。结论RF-Ⅱ具有操作方便、固定牢靠、复位力强的特点,采用植骨融合,增强术后融合节段腰椎的稳定性,为腰椎不稳症较理想的治疗方法。
