摘要
本文在低温(17±1℃)和高温(27±1℃)两个恒温条件下,用日光灯照明,每天分别采用短光照(8h)和长光照(16h)两个光周期,观察了中华按蚊、淡色库蚊和白纹伊蚊3种成蚊的寿命和脂肪含量。中华按蚊、淡色库蚊在低温、短光照条件下,体内脂肪含量多、寿命长,在高温、长光照条件下,则脂肪含量少、寿命短。白纹伊蚊的脂肪含量和寿命与上述光周期和温度关系不明显。
Life span and body fat content of An. sinensis, Cu. pipiens pallens and Ae. albopictus were observed under low temperature(17 ℃) and high temperature(27 ℃) in short(8∶16 hours L∶D) and long (16 ∶8 hours L ∶D) photoperiod environment respectively. Under the low temperature and short photoperiod, the content of body fat was higher and life span was longer for An. sinensis and Cx. pipiens pallens than under long photoperiod and high temperature. While the body fat content and life span of Ae. albopictus were not obviously related with the photoperiod and temperature.
