摘要
目的探讨黄芪注射液联合丹红注射液治疗急性高血压性脑出血的临床疗效。方法134例急性高血压性脑出血患者被随机分为两组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用黄芪注射液和丹红注射液。结果治疗组治愈率和好转率均比对照组显著提高(P<0.05);治疗组的脑血肿吸收情况优于对照组(P<0.01);主要并发症的发生率治疗组也低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论黄芪注射液联合丹红注射液治疗急性高血压性脑出血的效果优于单纯常规治疗。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Huangqi injection with Danhong injection on acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. METHODS 134 patients （pts） with acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were ran- domly divided into control group （routine treatment） and treatment group （routine treatment plus Huangqi iniec- tion and Danhong injection, ）, RESULTS Effective rates in treatment group was significant（P 〈 0.05）. The complications in treatment group were lower that in control group （P〈0.01）.CONCLUSION Huangqi injection with Danhong injection was safe and effective for acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
