摘要
目的调查初治白血病患者化疗依从性程度并分析其影响因素，以采取有效的护理干预措施提高患者的化疗依从性，为临床护士优质服务提供参考。方法初次确诊为白血病的患者100例，随机分为干预组和对照组各50例，干预组由沟通能力好，知识较全面的资深课题小组成员实施个体化护理干预；对照组由其他护士按常规护理。结果干预组的化疗依从性程度较对照组高，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论对患者及家属实施全面有效的个体化护理干预可提高患者的化疗依从性，从而保证了治疗护理的有效进行。
Objective To investigate＇untreated leukemia patients＇ compliance with chemotherapy and analyze the related factors , in order to take effective intervention measures to improve the patients＇ Chemotherapy compliance, as well as provide high quality services information to clinical nurses. Methods 100 cases of untreated leukemia patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 50 cases were included in each group. In the intervention group, patients received individual nursing intervention, the nurses in this group harbered good communication skills, more comprehensive knowledge, and were all senior members, while those in the control group received routine care. Results The patients＇ chemotherapy compliance in intervention group was higher than that in control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Implementing the comprehensive and effective individualized interventions to untreated leukemia patients and their families can improve their compliance with chemotherapy, thus ensuring the effective medical care.
