摘要
以树状结构的用钢量最小为目标函数,以结构的强度、刚度、稳定性为约束条件,利用有限元分析软件AN-SYS对树状结构进行优化分析.结果表明,ANSYS优化后结构用钢量在减少的同时,又适当地减小了结构的最大竖向位移,并能使各杆件的内力更为合理.所以基于有限元软件ANSYS的优化设计,可作为确定树状结构形态的有效方法,可为树状结构的设计提供参考.
Regarding the minimum total mass of dendritic structure as objective function, and the strength, rigidity and stability of members as restraint conditions, the dendritic structure is optimized by using the finite element software ANSYS. The results show that the optimal structure can reduce total steel mass and maximum vertical deflection; the internal force distributions of members become more reasonable. Therefore, optimized design based on the finite element software ANSYS can be identified as an effective way for the morphological analysis of dendritic structure. The results and conclusions can be served as the references of such structure design.
