摘要
本试验采用体外法研究硫、磷、钴、尿素4种物质对人工模拟瘤胃发酵的影响及其动态变化规律。试验采用L9(34)正交设计,设4个因素3个水平。结果表明:当硫、磷、钴、尿素的含量分别为0.4%、0.0%、1.0mg/kg、1.0%时,对瘤胃液pH值、氨氮(NH3-N)浓度、瘤胃液蛋白质(MCP)、总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)有显著影响,有利于瘤胃微生物活动,增加氮沉积。
This experiment was conducted to study effects of sulfur (S), phosphorus (P), cobalt (Co) and urea on artificial rumen fermentation in vitro.The trail were divided into 9 treatments by L9(3^4) orthogonal design.The results showed that :0.4 % S,0.0 % P, 1.0 mg/kg Co and 1.0 % urea supplemented in diets of ruminants had significant effects on pH value, the concentration of ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N), microbial crude protein (MCP), total volatile acid ( TVFA ) and could improve the fermentation of rumen mieroorganism,and increase nitrogen retention.
