摘要
本文主要以无锡华光锅炉股份有限公司生产的UG-75/5.3-M19型中置式高温旋风分离器循环流化床锅炉为例,结合本厂实际运行经验,详细介绍了该类型锅炉自调试阶段开始遇到的一些诸如燃烧问题、返料问题、给煤皮带漏灰问题等,并给出相应的解决方法。
This article takes the UG-75/5.3-M19 （the high temperature cyclone separator circulating fluidized bed boiler） Wuxi Huaguang Boiler Co., Ltd as an example, according to operating experience, This paper introduced the problems on the self-debugging stage （such as combustion problem, material circulating, leakage on the coal conveyor belt）, and the solution respectively.
