摘要
本文论述了培养创造型建筑创作人才的重要性，提出了加强素质教育、调整教学体制、改革招生制度、不拘一格选拔、培养创造型人才的新构想和多学科、全方位、全过程的培养原则与体制.文章呼吁建筑学教育要高度重视创造型人才的选拔和培养。
This paper stresses the importance in the fostering of creative architects, argues for readjustment of educational projects and the enrollment system reform and calls for a multi-disciplinary, all-perspective and full--processeducational principle and system. The writer appeals that great attention should be paid to the selection and fostering of creative architectural professionals.
