摘要
基于工业以太网技术及现场总线技术,设计并建立了一个典型的工业网络系统实验平台,阐述了系统总体设计思想、工程架构,以及具体的软硬件实现方案。详细描述了基于OPC技术的工业以太网与现场总线PROFIBUS通信连接设计、现场总线PROFIBUS与AS-i网络互联设计,阐述了该系统平台的科研及实验功能,其具体工程实现技术也可以很容易地应用于实际的现场总线控制系统设计实践中。
An typical experimental platform of industrial network system based on industrial Ethernet and fieldbus technology was designed and developed, and the total system design scheme, engineering framework, hardware and software implementation plan were described. It particularly described the network intedinkage technology between the industrial Etbernet and PROFIBUS based on OPC technology, and fieldbus network interlinkage technology between PROFIBUS and AS - i. Besides, described the scientific research and experimentation function of this platform, and its engineering technologies could be easily applied in the design and realization of a practical fieldbus control system.
