摘要
清真饮食文化是中国饮食文化的重要组成部分。本文从民族学和民俗学的角度,探讨了西北地区穆斯林清真饮食文化中的禁忌内容、特点以及饮食禁忌的社会功能,以期进一步挖掘清真饮食文化的潜在经济价值和文化价值。
Muslim food culture is an important part of Chinese catering culture.This thesis researches Muslim food culture taboos in the content and the characteristics from the ethnology and folklore.Also it analyses the functions and symbolism to adhere to these taboos in the hope of further tapping the Muslim food culture of the potential economic and cultural values.
