摘要
本文认为个体经济在吸纳农村剩余劳动力就业方面具有优势,但是由于个体经济的经营环境欠佳,其吸纳作用受到限制。改善个体经济经营环境,加快个体经济发展,是加大个体经济对农村剩余劳动力有效吸纳的条件。
The article holds that the individual economy has advantages on absorbing rural surplus labor,but its role of absorbing is limited because of the poor business environment on individual economy.The effective ways are as followings：to improve the business environment on individual economy and accelerate the economic development of the individual.
