摘要
介绍了当前我国土地征用中存在的问题,并从产权角度对这些问题进行了分析。研究表明:要保护农民在征地中的利益,必须完善我国的土地产权制度。
Some problems in the process of land requisition in China at present were introduced and analyzed from the perspective of property right.Results showed that land property right system in China should be improved to protect the interests of farmers in land requisition.
