摘要
应用运筹学的方法对污染物总量(TSP)控制的治理方案进行了优化,并通过实例分析,具体说明了运用优化的数学模型在保证环境管理部门命令的削减TSP目标既定的情况下,如何有效地控制污染费用,从而实现环境效益和社会效益的统一。此外,还通过灵敏度分析确定了该数学模型的可靠程度。由此可以得出:运用此数学模型在达到TSP削减目标的同时可以有效地控制污染费用。该优化方案可操作性强,具有一定实用价值。
The study uses operational research method to optimize the TSP total amount control in environment.Through a example analyzing,When the management office reduction aim is given,this model can control the TSP total amount and realize the unification of the environmental and social benefits.It can estimate the reliable degree of this model by sensitivity analysis.The results show that using this model,it can effectively control pollution cost,this operational model have some practical value.
