基于Fuzzy-PID算法的煤粉流量控制系统研究与开发

摘要 针对基于传统的PID算法的煤粉流量控制系统所凸显的控制精度不高、控制滞后等问题,引入Fuzzy算法设计了Fuzzy-PID复合结构控制器,并介绍了硬件结构和软件设计。试验结果表明,此控制系统的控制效果明显优于传统PID,并具有很强的实用性。 The pulverized coal control system should have some properties such as stability, high precision and rapid response. The pulverized coal control system based on traditional PID algorithm is the low precision on the control and control delay. It introduces the fuzzy algorithm and designs the combination of fuzzy - PID controller, presents the hardware structure frame of the controller and the software implementation. The results of practical running show that the control system is superior to traditional PID control.
