摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜手术诊治女性不孕症的观察和护理要点,以预防和减少并发症发生,减轻患者心理负担,提高患者妊娠率。方法:对2006年12月～2008年12月我院125例不孕症患者进行回顾分析,该组患者均接受腹腔镜检查和手术,并根据腹腔镜手术治疗的特点进行术前合理有意义的心理护理、完善的术前准备、细心的术后观察护理及术后随访。结果:125例不孕症患者术后恢复快,无严重并发症发生。结论:腹腔镜诊治不孕症具有创伤小、恢复快,实施良好术后的观察及护理,可防止并发症发生,是治疗成功的保证。
Objective：To discuss the observation and nursing points which will reduce the complications rate, release the psychological burdens and increase the pregnancy rate for using laparoscopy to diagnose and treat infertility of female patients. Method ： Make the ret- rospective analysis of 125 cases with infertile patients who received laparoscopy. Those patients had received reasonable preoperative psycho nuring, thorough preoperative preparation, careful postoperative nuring care and follow up. Results ：All of the 125 patients had fully and quickly postoperative recovery without severe complications. Conclusion： Laparoscopy will do a little hurt to the patients , and help the patients had good recovery. The careful observation and nursing will reduce the complications rate, and they were the insur- ance of the successful entire treatment.
