摘要
用SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)法对棉属23个野生种及4个栽培种的10个品种进行了种子水溶性蛋白质分析。结果表明,种内的蛋白质电泳图谱基本一致,各染色体组则具有其特征的蛋白质图谱模式。B染色体组最接近棉属二倍休原始祖先。A染色体组及D染色体组的部分种起源于B染色体组。G.arboreum race sinense可能起源于G.herbaceum raced africanum。D染色体组具有两种不同的图谱模式,即D_β和D_ε模式,但D与B染色体组更接近。AD染色体组的(AD)_1,(AD)_2及(AD)_5图谱相似,推测它们具有共同的祖先,起源于A和D_β组的种间杂种的染色体加倍。G.australe和G.nelsonii具有同G.sturtianum和G.robinsonii相近的蛋白质图谱模式,其亲缘关系较近。
SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of seed proteins was conducted with 33 entries belonging to 27 species/races of Gossypium in order to search for more evidence about affinities among Gossypium species and the origin of tetraploid species. Protein band patterns within a species were much the same, while different genomes had their respective special band patterns. According to band patterns, it was considered that B genome was the progenitor of G. arboreum race sinense originated from G. herbaceum race africanum. D genome species could be classified into two subgroups, D_β and D_ε. D_β is, comparatively, closer to B genome than D_ε. G(?) australe and G. nelsonii showed band patterns similar to G. sturtianum and G. robinsonii, indicating that the four species were related closely. The similar band patterns among G. barba-dense, G. hirsutum, G. darwinii and G. Palmeri implied that they might have the same progenitor originating from natural hybridization between G. herbaceum and species in the D_β subgroup.
