摘要
对20例房室结折返性心动过速患者在射频消融前后进行心率变异频域和时域分析,以了解射频消融对心脏自主神经系统的影响。结果显示,心率变异的极低频段(ULFP)、低频段(LFP)、高频段(HFP)及总能谱(TFP)均较射频消融前降低(P<0.05),且HFP和TFP降低差异更显著(P<0.001),LFP/HFP之比有上升趋势,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。提示射频消融对心脏交感神经、副交感神经均有损害。
To study the influence of radiofrequency current catheter ablation on autonomic nervous system of heart in patients with atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT), heart rate variability was analysed among 20 patients with AVNRT before and after the slow pathways were ablated. The results showed that the ultra low frequency power (ULFP), low frequency power (LFP), high frequency power (HFP) and total frequency power (TFP) were all reduced as compared with those before ablation, HFP and TFP were reduced more significant ( P <0.001) especially. The ratio LFP/HFP showed a tendency of increase. It indicates that the ablation may damage both sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems of the heart, mainly the latter.
