摘要
针对当前零供矛盾日益激化引发的学术界对零供关系变革的深层次思考,构建了一个基于供应链协作的零供关系体系框架,该框架包括协同绩效评价系统、信息共享、成员激励相容机制、协同决策、供应链流程整合5个相互联系的维度。无论是有效客户需求反应(ECR)和快速反应(QR)等早期的零供协作实践,还是当前零供协作的主流模式——CPFR的应用都验证了该体系框架的有效性。该框架为今后零供关系模式的发展指明了方向。
Conflicts and contradictions between suppliers and retailers have sharpened step by step recent years, which arouses the speculation about distribution channel innovation in academic area. In this paper, the author establishes a comprehensive framework about supplier-retailer relationship based on supply chain collaboration. The frame work is composed of five connecting features of collaboration, namely collaborative performance system, information sharing, member-decision synchronization, incentive alignment, and integrated supply chain processes. The practice of supplier-retailer collaboration such as early ECR and QR, as well as the application of current main mode CPFR, is tested validity of the framework. This study provides the directions for the developing of supplier-retailer relationship model.
