摘要
为评价美托洛尔对扩张型心肌病（ＤＣＭ）患者外周血淋巴细胞β受体的影响及其意义，检测了１０例ＤＣＭ患者经美托洛尔治疗后外周血淋巴细胞β受体、血浆去甲肾上腺素（ＮＥ）及心功能。结果显示：经美托洛尔近５个月的治疗，ＤＣＭ患者外周血淋巴细胞β受体上升，心功能改善，ＮＥ下降。
To study the effect of Metoprolol on βadrenoceptor density of lymphocytes and its significance in dilated cardiomyopathy, we measured βadrenoceptor density of lymphocytes, plasma norepinephrine and cardiac function in 10 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and after treatment with metoprolol. Results showed that after treatment, βadrenoceptor density of lymphocytes was increased, cardiac function improved, plasma norepinephrine was decreased. Our data suggest: metoprolol improves cardiac function in dilated cardiomyopathy which is probably due to upregulation of βadrenoceptor density.
