摘要
我国民族众多,社会、经济的地区差异,城乡差别、发展不平衡的现实,使得少数民族地区老年人问题及其解决的特殊性呈现于人们面前。目前,老年人的"老有所为"问题跟"老有所养"问题一样日益受到学界和政界的关注,就国内对老年群体社会参与问题的研究进行梳理,立足于探讨少数民族地区老年群体社会参与问题的解决,提供一种既符合少数民族地区老年群体特点,又能适应少数民族地区发展需要的路径选择。
As there are multi-ethnic groups, economic and social disparities among regions, differences between the rural and the urban and an unbalanced pattern of development in our country, how to attend to the senior citizens in minority regions has become a pressing problem. At present, ＂what the senior citizens need to do＂ as a concern, just like ＂how they should be looked after,＂ has gained increasing attention from the academic and political circles. Based on a comb of the studies made in our country on the senior citizens＂ social participation, the paper explores how to properly effect their social participation and offers, for that matter, a tentative approach, which both caters to the senior citizens＂ characteristics and fits in with the development needed in the minority regions.
