摘要
目的了解14～18岁年龄段的青少年龋齿的发病情况,针对性地制定防治措施。方法对14～18岁2 600名中专新生进行口腔龋齿及口腔卫生状况的调查。结果2600名青少年龋患率经统计学分析具有城市高于农村,女性高于男性,刷牙次数少者高于刷牙次数多者的特点。龋齿的患病率第二次高峰期处于15～16岁。结论防治青少年时期的龋病,应加强口腔卫生知识宣教。
Objective To survey the conditions of dental caries of 2 600 students at the age from 14 to 18 years. Methods An annual investigation of dental caries and oral hygienic condition for 2600 new students from 14 - 18 years old. Results Statistical anal- yses showed that caries contracting ratio of teenagers at the age from 14 to 18 conformed to the characteristics which were higher in urban areas than in rural areas; the caries contracting ratio of female teenagers was higher than that in male teenagerss, and the contracting ratio of those who brushed their teeth less often was higher than that of those who brushed their teeth more often. At the same time, investigation results also showed that the second peak time of dental caries contracting ratio was right at the age from 15 to 16. Conclusion It was most important to improve education for oral hygiene, take efficient and effective measures, and keep reasonable diet in order to prevent and cure caries for teenagers.
