摘要
目的研究宫腔镜下电切术与经腹手术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤的护理比较。方法选择33例自愿接受宫腔镜电切术的患者做护理观察分析,并与31例同期同病种行经腹手术治疗病例做对照。结果两组在手术时间、出血量、术后疼痛、术后肛门排气时间、术后平均体温高峰及住院天数方面有非常显著性差异。结论经宫腔镜电切术是一种新的子宫手术方式,手术时间短、创伤小、恢复快、术后疼痛轻,并发症及住院天数少,护理简便。术后护理减少了操作程序,提高了工作效率和护理质量。
Objective To study the nursing care of operation through Uteroscope and per abdomen. Methods 33 cases under went operation through Uteroscope （group U） were selected, comparing with 31 cases of hysteromyomectomy by abdomen （group A） in the same time. Results The operation time, the amount of bleeding, the postoperational pain, the time to exhaust by anus, the postoperational average temperature peak, and the time being in hospital of operation through Uteroseope were different from those of hysteromyomectomy by abdomen. Conclusion The operation through Uteroscope is a new operation. It has short duration of operation, less trauma, fast restoration, light postoperative pain, few complication and HOD, and nursing convenient. The postoperative nursing outweigh group A, reducing the nursing procedure, raising the work ratio and the Quality of Care.
