环保载体BIP实现涤纶低温可染性的研究 被引量:4

摘要 在染浴中加入载体BIP,可使涤纶织物在低温100℃染60分钟的条件下即可获得70%左右的染料上染百分率,染后织物的耐水洗、耐汗渍、耐摩擦牢度均在4级以上,且不影响三原色颜色特征及织物拉伸性能。扫描电镜观察表面,经载体BIP处理后涤纶纤维表面无明显刻蚀现象;广角X-射线衍射谱图显示,经载体处理后,纤维结晶度有所增加;热重分析表明,载体BIP未引起纤维大分子的降解。 The uptaking rate can achieve to 70% on 100℃ dyeing for 60min by friendly carrier BIP. The colorfastness to washing, rubbing and perspiration was above 4. The surface shade properties and the tensile strength of the fabric were not influenced by carrier BIP. The SEM photos of the polyester fibre indicated that the surface of the fiber treated with BIP was little etched. The X-ray diffraction curves showed that the fiber crystallinity increased after treated. The TGA result indicated that the fibre macromolecules were not degrad- ed by carrier BIP.
