摘要
从专业指导教师资格标准、能力标准体系两方面阐述了专业指导教师资质现状,提出从教育理念、创造性思维、教学技能、人文精神方面加强专业指导教师的培养。
It expounded the status quo of quality and credibility of professional instruction teachers from aspects of qualification standards and ability standard systems of professional instruction teacher. It put forward that one should strengthen the training of professional instruction teachers from aspects of education idea, creative thinking, teaching skills, and humanistic spirit.
