纳米技术研究前沿及其演化的可视化分析 被引量:28

摘要 在美国ISI的Web of Science三大数据库(SCI、SSCI、A&HCI)中,以Nanotechnology为主题词进行检索,利用CiteSpace信息可视化软件对数据进行计量分析,绘制纳米技术文献共引网络图谱,以关键节点文献为基础,分析纳米技术研究演进的脉络,结合纳米技术文献——突现词共引混合网络图谱,分析纳米技术研究的前沿热点:自组装膜纳米粒子合成技术相关的研究前沿,碳纳米管技术相关研究的前沿,分子纳米技术和纳米粒子合成技术的测定与表征,分子电子学的研究前沿,纳米膜技术研究热点前沿。最后提出研究的结论和进一步研究的展望。 The article analyzes the evolution and research fronts of nanotechnology through Information Visualization. We retrieved the whole documents data of nanotechnology papers from 1997 to 2006, which are retrieved by topic word "nanotechnology" from the SCI and SSCI of Web of Science. Documents are visualized through a number of co-citation maps by information visualization tool, CiteSpace. The maps show an overall evolution process of nanotechnology and identify a number of pivotal points to stand for the important theories, which promoted the development of nanotechnology research. Five research fronts in the field of nanotechnology, Nano-particles synthesis technologies based on self-assembled; SWNT technology; determination and characterization of molecular nanotechnology and Nano-particles synthesis; molecular-electronics; nanomembrane technology. At last, we discuss the deficiency of the paper and the possible deeper research.
