摘要
目的：总结分析有机磷农药（简称OPI，下同）急性中毒时遵循急诊诊疗常规进行救治的体会。方法：将2002年7月-2006年12月收治的17例急性OPI中毒患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：大部分病人获得有效救治。结论：遵循急诊诊疗操作常规及时救治急性OPI中毒病人，可大大提高抢救的成功率。
Objective： To summarize the analysis of organophosphorus pesticides （the OPI, the same below） to follow acute poisoning to the emergency clinic for treatment of conventional experience. Methods： July 2002 --2006 was admitted in December of 17 eases of acute poisoning OPI clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The majority of patients access to effective treatment. Conclusion： follow the conventional operation of the emergency clinic for treatment of acute timely OPI poisoned patients can greatly improve the success rate of rescue.
