摘要
线粒体是细胞能量代谢的主要场所,可产生大量的ATP以满足正常生理功能的需要。线粒体已不再被认为是静止的细胞器,而是在细胞中时刻运动,不断地发生着融合和分裂。各种不同的生理刺激都会激发线粒体的合成和分解,线粒体的大小、数目和体积也因此具有了高度的可塑性。
