摘要
研究机械搅拌工艺对高硅铝合金初生Si尺寸和形貌的影响。试验表明:经过机械搅拌后,初生Si得到明显细化,分布较均匀;搅拌速度越大、搅拌时间越长,初生Si细化越明显,呈圆团和短片状;经搅拌后,含Si量低的高硅铝合金的初生Si细化程度越大,随着Si含量的增加,大量的初生Si析出使得搅拌困难,初生Si细化程度降低。
The effect of mechanical stirring technology on the size and the morphology of primary Si crystals in high-silicon aluminum alloy was studied. The results show that the primary Si crystals in high-silicon Al alloy can be refined significantly and get uniform after mechanical stirring, the smaller primary Si crystals can be obtained with the increase of the stirring rate time. The primary silicon crystals can be well refined when the Si content in high-silicon aluminum alloy is low. The refinement of primary silicon crystals is limited with the increase of the Si content.
