AlSi7Cu5合金斜板近液相线铸造组织分析

摘要 研究了斜板近液相线铸造AlSi7Cu5合金微观组织及其二次加热过程中的变化。实验表明,冷却方式、浇注模具和浇注方式对合金微观组织有明显的影响。近液相线温度下水冷斜板铜模浇注的AlSi7Cu5合金组织为细小均匀的等轴晶,晶粒平均直径为55.2μm,晶粒平均圆度为2.13。在580℃下恒温25min左右,可得到适合触变成形的二次加热组织。 The casting microstructure and its change during remelting of AlSi7Cu5 alloy cast by slope-liquidus method were researched. The results show that it has a significant impact on mierostructure by cooling methods, casting molds and pouring methods. The mierostrueture of AlSi7Cu5 alloy obtained by slope liquidus method is uniform and small equiaxed. Its average grain diameter is 55.2 pan, and its average grain size roundness is 2.13. The reheated mierostructure which can be applied to thixo-forming preferable will be obtained by keeping constant temperature 25 min at 580 ℃.
