摘要 采用盆栽土培和群体水培法研究水稻不同叶龄期上、下层根对缺水和高、低浓度培养液的反应及根量与产量的关系.供试品种为盐粳2号.结果表明:(1)上层根在原基分化期需较充足的水分和较高的养分供应水平;发根中、后期需充足的水分和低的养分供应水平;分枝中、后期需较高的养分供应水平。对短期缺水反应较迟钝.(2)下层根在分枝中,后期对养分反应较迟钝。叶龄余数4.7至抽穗后15天左右提高或降低培养液浓度,对下层根重的影响均不明显;分枝中期对缺水反应较敏感,叶龄余数1.1至抽穗前3天缺水使下层根重减轻27.1%,分枝后期则较迟钝.(3)上层根量与产量呈极显著正相关,下层根量与产量的关系随着栽培条件的不同而改变. In 1985—1986, the responses of the root system of rice to water stress and the culture solution in high or low concentration at different leaf—age—period, and the relationships between the dry weight of roots and the yield were studied with soil culture in pot and water culture. The results were as follows. 1.The uppermost 3 nodal-root (UR) requires adequate water and the high level of nutrients during UR—primordium—differetiating-period, adequqte water and the low level of nutrients during the middle—late—period of UR—cmergencing, a little water and the high level of nutrients during the middle-late-pcriod of UR-branching. 2.The responses of low—nodal—root (LR) to nutrients is obtuse during the middle—late—period of LR—branching, but to water is sensitive during the middle—period of LR-branching, and is obtuse to water during the late-period of LR-branching. 3.The dry weight of UR is significantly correlated with the yield positively. The relationships between the dry weight of LR and the yield varies with cultivated conditions.
