摘要
中国政法大学潘汉典教授是《元照英美法词典》的总审订人,也是《君主论》、《比较法的论》等多部名著的汉译者,通擅英、法、日、德、俄等多种语言。潘先生今已89岁高龄,他早年从东吴大学法学院获得硕士学位,先后在北京大学、中国社会科学院法学研究所、中国政法大学问学论道,终身与法结缘。本刊约请潘先生忆往,温故知新。法学旧事,亦丰厚,亦温文。
Note Professor Pan Handian with the China University of Political Science and Law, who is good at many languages such as English, French, Japanese, German, and Russian, is the general reviser of the English-Chinese Dictionary of Anglo-American Law, and he has also translated many classic books into Chinese such as The Prince and the General Introduction of the Comparative Law. Now Mr. Pan is 89 years old, and he has got his master＇s degree in the law school of Dongwu University in his early age and studied and made researches in Peking University, the Institute of Law of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, China University of Political Science and Law successively, so he is closely related to law all his life. Therefore, this magazine invites Mr. Pan as a guest to recall his cherished memories in the past which can be both colorful and profound and also gentle and sweet.
