摘要
软式排球因其趣味性、游戏性、安全性较强,且动作难度较小而易于掌握,很受女大学生喜爱.通过对六所大学女学生的问卷调查,发现击掌自传、自垫迎面接力赛,12m×6m、13.4m×6.1m降低球网高度的发球、扣球分组游戏竞赛是融科学性、技术性、趣味性于一体的单项技术练习方法.9人制18m×9m、6人制16m×8m两种不同人数和不同场地的小排球比赛方法使来回球次数增多,比赛更加精彩,更易增加女大学生对排球比赛的兴趣,是培养女大学生兴趣软式排球的基本途径.
Because of its characteristics, which are interesting, gamy, safe, and easy, soft volleyball is well-liked by many female college students. Through a questionnaire-investigation of female students in six universities, the author found that there is a combination of scientific, technical, and fun elements in clapped-self-passing, self-pad-head-relay, competition of serving and smashing the ball into group games by 12 6 （m） and 13.4 6.1 （m）. The changes of players from 9 people＇s 18 9 （m） to 6 people＇s 16 8 （m）, or 4 people＇s 1.34 6. 1（m） are not only making soft-volleyball matches more exciting, but also stimulating female students＇ interests when there is a changing of the place and/or the number of persons. The way of varying is a basic method and appropriate approach of cultivating female college students＇ interest in soft volleyball.
