摘要
文章讨论了铅的危害,认为骨铅应作为铅中毒新的生物标记。分析了体内X射线荧光骨铅原理,回顾了在30年的发展中,形成的三类检测系统,并比较了各类系统的优缺点,展望了其发展的主要方向。
The paper discusses the harm of lead in the body, the shortage of blood lead, the importance of bone lead as a new biomarker. In vivo XRF measurements of lead in bone were first made in the early 1970s. these systems have been divided into 57Co excited K, 125I or polarized excited L, 109Cd excited K.
