摘要
通过分析历年云南省专利申请、授权、专利工作的主体因素以及地域和技术领域分布等产出的基本特征,进一步认识云南省专利发展现状及问题,并有针对性地提出云南省专利保护知识产权的发展对策及其建议。
The basic characters of patent protection in Yunnan were statistically analysised, including application, authorization, patent practioners, district distribution and technical field, further knew the status quo and problem of patent development in Yunan, and had pointed proposed the strategy and recommendation of intellectual property protection for Yunan province.
