摘要
针对汽车联轴节壳体温挤压成形过程,采用三维刚-粘塑性有限元法进行了热力耦合数值模拟以揭示金属的塑性变形行为,从而为模具设计及工艺制订提供理论依据.通过有限元模拟,给出了汽车联轴节壳体三维温挤压成形过程的金属塑性流动模式和详尽的应力、应变及温度分布,并分析了成形物理场分布与变形的外部条件之间的关系.同时也对三维塑性变形的有限元技术处理方法(如:模具的几何描述及变形体的离散化、三维动态边界接触问题)进行了探讨.
The warm extrusion process of joint shell is simulated to indicate metal forming mechanism in this paper using three dimensional rigid viscoplastic finite element method. The metal flow patterns and distributions of stress, strain and temperature are described in detail by using FEM. Also, the relationship between physic fields of metal forming and external deformation conditions is analyzed so as to provide the theoretical principle for die design and making reasonable metal forming process. Meanwhile, the technical treatments of FEM for simulating three dimensional plastic deformation process, such as description of die, discretization of FEM and three dimensional contact problem are also discussed in this paper.
