对开展微创腰椎椎间融合术的看法 被引量:1

摘要 微创腰椎椎间融合术是近年来发展起来的新技术。其目的在于采用不同的微创入路结合特殊设计的手术器械与置入物,在取得优于或不低于传统开放腰椎椎间融合术效果的同时减少手术创伤,促使患者早日康复。近年来我国微创腰椎椎间融合技术已得到迅速发展,并已取得令人瞩目的成绩。但我们必须清楚地认识到:微创技术只是传统脊柱手术积极和有意义的补充,有其固有的局限性和潜在风险,因此应避免工作中的盲动与冲动,扬长避短,以使微创腰椎椎间融合技术健康顺利发展。为此,本期特邀国内相关脊柱外科专家就微创腰椎椎间融合的有关问题进行讨论,供同道们参考。
