摘要 蛋白质组学作为后基因组阶段的主要研究领域,其理论和技术取得了较大的进展,在生物医学研究领域中逐步得到广泛的应用。肿瘤在发生发展过程中,由于多种基因变化而最终导致蛋白质的结构、表达和功能发生改变。利用蛋白质组学技术可以全面动态地分析肿瘤相关蛋白质的表达变化和作用机制,为进一步阐明肿瘤的发病机制,寻找肿瘤特异性标记物、判断预后、开发新的抗肿瘤药物提供依据。 proteomics as main research field in the post-genome,the theory and technology has made great progress and having being appling widely in biomedical research. In the development of tumor,a variety of genetic changes leading to the change of protein structure,expression and function.Useing of proteomics technology can fully analyze the dynamics of tumor-associated protein expression changes and mechanisms,further clarify the pathogenesis of the tumor, search for tumor-specific markers,determine the prognosis,and develop new anticancer drugs.
