摘要
动物模型是认识和研究人类疾病的重要工具。为探讨胰腺炎的发病机制、病因、病理生理及治疗方法,已经建立了众多的活体胰腺炎动物模型。由于活体胰腺炎模型具有操作简单、容易控制、便于观测全身变化指标和利于治疗研究等优点,目前应用较广泛,正确选择动物模型是进行胰腺炎研究的基本条件之一。本研究探讨几种常用的胰腺炎动物模型,可使我们更加了解胰腺炎的发病机制,为临床提供更好的治疗方法。
Animal model is an important means for people to study and research mankind disease. In order to approach to the pathogenesy, etiopathogen isis ,patho-physiological funations and treatment method, Reseachers has establish numerous animal models of in vivo pancreatitis. At present,because of its merits such as simple manipulation,facility control, easy to observate the changement of all over the body and good for treatment research, animal models of pancreatitis has an extensive utilize in several territory, One of the pacing factor ot investigative pancreatitis is to choose the correct animal models.This article is to introduct frequently used animal models of pancreatitis,we can get more and more konwledeg to comprehend the pathogenesis of pancreatitis and to provide a preferably treatment method for clinical.
