摘要
在安徽大力发展对外贸易、扩大出口的同时,越来越多地受到来自欧美国家的技术性贸易壁垒的影响,给出口贸易带来巨大损失。作为一把双刃剑,技术性贸易壁垒一方面会引发贸易争端、封闭市场、阻碍经济增长;另一方面又可以维护国家安全、保障人类健康、促进科技进步。客观理性地认识技术性贸易壁垒对于促进我省出口贸易持续、科学发展具有重要的理论和现实意义。
In the process of rapid development of export trade, technical barriers to trade （TBT） gives great threat to Anhui export, bringing huge losses to enterprises. As a double-edged sword,TBT can trigger trade disputes,close market and hinder economic growth. On the other hand,it can safeguard state security,human health and promote the progress of science and technology.Therefore,correct understanding of TBT has great theoretical and realistic significance in promoting sustainable and scientific development of Anhui exports.
