摘要
姚茫父是清末民初在全国享有声望的学者、教育家、诗人和书画家,被称之为旧京都的一代通人。长期以来,珠埋玉沉,不为世珍。近十年,虽渐为学界中人提及,但与其盛名相比,尚有不少差距。对姚茫父的书法、绘画和独创颖拓艺术做简要的评介,以期能够引起学界对姚茫父研究的重视,还原其在近代美术史上应有的地位。
Yao Mangfu was a well - known scholar, educator, poet and painter over China for his good reputation at the end of the Qing Dynasty. He was once called a person of wide knowledge in the old capital. For a long time, there was no academic research about him. In the recent decade, there was some research about Yao Mangfu, but it didn' t match his great reputation. This article is a brief review on Yao Mangfu J s calligraphy, painting and his original art of YingTa in order to cause the academic community to pay attention to the study of Yao Mangfu,and to restore Yao' srightful place in the history of modem art.
