摘要
海水淡化技术在不断地发展,从传统的蒸馏法到目前的膜处理。真空蒸馏处理技术(VDT)是在烘干处理技术基础上的发展,应用在船舶上,利用船舶的废热来淡化海水的一项技术,分析了原理,并对其进行了热力分析,建立了数学模型,并对100t/d的装置进行了模拟计算,得到产水量随着工作蒸汽温度和蒸发温度之间的变化规律。真空蒸馏海水淡化具有节能、环保,利用效率高等优越性,前景非常明朗。
Seawater desalination technology is developing from the conventional distillation to membrance penetration/filtration. Vacuum distillation treatment (VDT) technology was developed on the basis of drying process and applied to ships to use their waste heat for seawater distillation. The working principle and thermodynamic characteristics of VDT were analyzed to develop a mathematic model, then an 100t/day desalination system was simulated with relevant parameters calculaed to find out the relationship between the fresh water yield, working steam temperature and evaporation temperature. VDT has a bright prospect for its advantages of energy saving, environmental friendly application and high efficiency.
