摘要
研究用工业废渣-磷渣为原料制备制免蒸压加气混凝土,研究中对发气剂掺量、水玻璃模数、碱含量、水固比和碱溶液温度等因素对加气混凝土体积密度的影响进行了讨论。体积密度在B05—B07级的磷渣加气混凝土,28 d抗压强度可以达到3—6 MPa,实验结果表明:碱磷渣免蒸压加气混凝土的体积密度和强度都符合GB 11968—2006标准的要求。
In order to use phosphorus slag, aerated concrete with alkali-phosphorus slag with non-autoclaved was investigated in this paper. In the experiment, the impact of some factors on aerated concrete bulk density which include the mixing amount of foaming agent, sodium silicate modulus, alkali content, the ratio of water to solid, and the temperature of alkali solution was investigated. The compress strength of aerated concrete can reach 3-8 MPa, when its bulk density is in 500-800 kg/ m^3. The results indicate that: alkali-phosphorus slag can be used to make aerated concrete with autoclave curing free, and its bulk density and compress strength conforms to the standard of GB 11968-2006.
