摘要 介绍了氧氟玻璃的基本概念、性能特点和氧氟玻璃的成分、分析方法和性能方面的研究进展及其在红外光学材料和高能激光窗口等方面的应用,系统介绍了用作激光工作介质的掺稀土氧氟微晶玻璃的研究概况,探讨了氧氟玻璃和氧氟微晶玻璃开发研究中存在的问题和发展方向,认为氧氟玻璃在红外光学材料和高能激光窗口方面具有巨大的发展潜力和应用前景,氧氟微晶玻璃是高功率的激光工作介质的优良材料。 In this paper, the basic concept, performance characteristics of oxyfluoride glass, the research progress in oxyfluoride glass's composition, analytical method, properties and its applications in infrared optical material and high energy laser window are introduced. At the same time, the oxyfluoride glass-ceramics doped with rare earth which are used as laser medium are also reviewed. The present problem and development direction of the oxyfluoride glass and the oxyfluoride glass-ceramics are briefly discussed. It's pointed out that it has great application prospect in infrared optical material and high energy laser windows,it is a very excellent material for high-power laser medium.
