摘要 [目的]比较不同运输温度与时间对猪孤雌胚胎发育的影响,确立猪克隆胚胎的最佳运输温度与时间。[方法]研究不同温度(37、38、39℃)对孤雌胚胎卵裂率、囊胚率的影响;不同时间(2、3、4 h)对孤雌胚胎卵裂率、囊胚率的影响。[结果]培养3 h后,在39℃运输时,孤雌胚胎的卵裂率和囊胚率与37℃、38℃的卵裂率和囊胚率相比,差异显著(P<0.05);培养3 h后,孤雌胚胎的卵裂率和囊胚率与培养2 h、4 h的卵裂率和囊胚率相比,差异显著(P<0.05)。[结论]在39℃,3 h内进行孤雌胚胎的运输,能获得较高的卵裂率、囊胚率。 [ Objective] The research aimed to establish the best transport temperature and transport time of porcine parthenogenetic embryo clone. [ Methed]The effects of different temperatures (37, 38, 39 ℃ ) on parthenogenetic embryo cleavage and blastocyst rate and the effects of different time (2, 3, 4 h) on parthenogenetic embryo cleavage and blastocyst rate were studied. [ Result ]There were statistical differences at 0.05 level of the parthenogenetic cleavage rate and blastocyst rate between development of parthenogenetic embryos at 39, 37 and 38 ℃ .And there were statistical differences at 0.05 level of the parthenogenetic cleavage rate and blastocyst rate between development of parthenogenetic embryos in 3, 2 and 4 h. [ Conclusion]This study suggested that carrying out the transport of parthenogenetic embryos at 39 ℃, within 3 h could obtain a higher cleavage rate and blastecyst rate.
