摘要
从应对严峻的国际国内经济形势,破解发展的瓶颈入手,从扩大农村需求着眼,着重从4个方面论述了制约农村消费的诸多因素,提出了解决的措施:加快城乡经济社会一体化发展;扩大农民工就业机会;发展现代农业;健全社会保障。
From the response to serious international and domestic economic situation, to break the bottleneck of the development, and to start from the expansion of rural demand-oriented, focusing on four aspects of the constraints on consumption in rural areas a number of factors, this paper has put forward the solutions, which are speeding up economic and social integration of urban and rural areas development, expanding employment opportunities for migrant workers, developing modern agriculture and improving the social security.
