木素过氧化物酶是一种能降解木素的酶,广泛应用于生物制浆、纸浆的漂白、有机污染物的降解和环境的生物修复等方面,主要论述了该酶在工业应用中研究进展。
Lignin Peroxidases was a main lignin-modifying peroxidase, it could be applied in biotechnological applications, pulping and bleaching of cellulose, removing of hazardous wastes or certain organic syntheses. The producing of LiP, catalytic mechanism and its application in industry were introduced.
