摘要
雷电灾害是最严重的自然灾害之一,中国是雷电灾害频发的国家,雷电灾害直接危害到国民经济的发展及社会的和谐稳定,尤其是对人民生命财产安全构成了严重威胁,已成为危害程度仅次于暴雨洪涝、气象地质灾害的一大气象灾害。笔者根据平顶山市学校防雷设施调查情况,阐述学校防雷设施不健全的危害性及应对措施。
The lightning disaster is one of the most serious natural disasters, it is frequent in China, lightning disasters endanger development of national economic and social harmony and stability directly, especially it has posed a serious threat to people＇s lives and property security, and has become a meteorological disaster second only to flood damage, heavy rains and geological disasters. In this paper, the harmfulness for unsoundness of facilities and its countermeasures were proposed according the conditions of against lightning facilities in school in Pingdingshan.
