摘要
以成熟的镁铝贫氧推进剂配方为基础选择标准物质的候选物,确定了合理的试样尺寸和制备工艺,制备出均匀性和稳定性良好的镁铝贫氧推进剂燃速标准物质,并分析了影响该燃速标准物质不确定度的因素。结果表明,镁铝贫氧推进剂燃速标准物质可满足燃速特性量值传递的需要,可确保测试结果准确可靠。
Based on the mature formulation of magnalium low-oxygen propellant, the reference materials with rational size and their preparation process were studied. The good uniformity and stability magnalium low-oxygen propellant burning rate reference materials were prepared. The effects of various factors for uncertainty on magnalium low-oxygen propellant burning rate reference materials were analyzed. The results show that the characteristic values of magnalium low-oxygen propellant burning rate reference materials can meet the transferring requirements for the burning rate and ensure the determination of statistics to be accuracy and reliability.
